On April 28, 2024, a significant meeting was convened at Megharayana Kotha, wherein workers of the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) were addressed by esteemed leaders. The event saw the participation of the Karnataka chapter of the Trade Union Centre of India (TUCI), with its State President, M. D. Ameer Ali, and Treasurer, D. K. Lingasgur, delivering insightful speeches.
