ALL INDIA CALL TO OPPOSE FAKE FREEDOM FOR REAL FREEDOM

AUGUST: A MONTH OF ANTI-IMPERIALIST, ANTI-FASCIST STRUGGLE

The Trade Union Centre of India (TUCI) Central Committee calls upon the working class across India, in both organized and unorganized sectors, to observe August 1 to 30 as a month of anti-imperialist and anti-fascist struggle. This call is particularly significant for heavy and contract workers, who make up more than 50% of India’s population.

The new labour codes imposed by the RSS-led Modi government are a blatant example of corporatist fascism. The celebration of Independence Day on August 15 by the ruling classes of india led by central and state governments is a hollow ritual that means nothing to the working class, landless poor farmers, Dalits, Muslims, women, Adivasis, and other oppressed sections.

India’s dependence on US and Russian imperialism has devastating consequences for the Indian masses, leading to poverty, unemployment, and economic devastation. The TUCI demands an end to this imperialist domination and calls for workers and toiling masses to unite against fascist forces.

We urge workers and toiling masses to organize discussions, gate meetings, street meetings, and protest rallies throughout August, culminating in protest meetings everywhere on August 30.

5) Abolish Contract labour system, Pay Equal wage to all workers
6) No Labour Recruitment for Exporting
7) Repeal CAA and save Constitutional rights of minority
8) Stop Attacks on Dalits, womens and Adivasis
9) Stop Economic Reservation Ensure National Caste Census, Implement caste based reservation.
10)Ensure MSP for all Agri-products in legal security
