𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗚𝗚𝗟𝗘!

Karnataka State Wind and Solar Power Contract Labor Union (TUCI) is thrilled to announce a major triumph in our struggle for workers rights at M/s Renew Power Company. After a 6-day indefinite dharna, the management has agreed to our demands, marking a significant step in the solar power sector.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

1. Reinstatement of 14 terminated workers

2. Minimum monthly wages of ₹16,500

3. Payment of PF and ESI benefits and 8 working hours

4. Holidays and other social security benefits

Out of our 8 demands, 6 have been successfully resolved, thanks to the unwavering support of our union members, Trade Union Centre of India (TUCI), Karnataka MNREG Workers Union, and Karnataka State Hostel Employees Union.

This struggle was led by Comrade M D Amir Ali, State President of TUCI, and M Gangadhar, State-wise President of TUCI, along with other dedicated leaders. We extend our gratitude to all who stood with us in this fight for justice.

This victory sets a precedent for the solar power sector, where workers have long been denied their rightful benefits. We hope this milestone inspires others to stand up for their rights and fight against exploitation.
