The Struggle Against Unfair Labour practice and breach of setlment by state govt. the leadership of Newly Registered Union as Shendarge Arsu Pokvarathu Tullal Sangham Tamil Nadu were Submitted charter of Demand regarding Implementation of wage agreement/ 12(3) settlement which was held 2009 and there was no Implementation.nearly 9 years DA was not paid.more than 130000 transport workers suffered du to lower wages and hevy work Conditions Impozing by Stalin DMK govt.
In this Protest meeting TUCI Genaral Secretery R. Manasayya, Union Prasident Bharathi Dasan, Union secretery R. Sirubannan, supreme Court Adv,K.Muthu Ganesh Pandaian,state vice president Of NMTSP,pon Elangovan and other leaders addressed the protest meeting.
